Responsible

Greet and assist patients or visitors in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, provide basic information about clinic services, and schedule appointments
Register new patients and identify existing patient information in the system
Explain basic treatment processes and help prepare patients for minor procedures or consultations
Coordinate patient flow with doctors, nurses, and the procedure team
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area in line with clinic hygiene standards
Handle payment collection, issue receipts, and assist with basic administrative documentation
Ensure patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in handling medical information

Male/Female, age 22–35 years
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Healthcare, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related areas preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare-related setting
Experience in clinics o????ering minor surgical procedures or aesthetic treatments is an advantage
Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills, professional appearance
Service-minded, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and clinic management software
Must be able to communicate in English
